OM as Samudra, Aparimita, Roopa rahita and Sarva Vyapi.
In Rigveda, Vamadeva Rishi’s mantra describes OM as
It is everything that was, is or can be.Just like God,OM remains
undefined and supreme.
OM helps unwind ourselves and help us gain control over

When we chant ”O” prolonged, we produce more
painkillers and when we chant ”M” prolonged
we produce more tranquilizers.
When we chant AUM, the first alphabet A creates
vibrations which affect the spinal cord and increase
its efficiency. Second alphabet U creates vibrations
in the throat and hits the thyroid glands.Chanting M
creates sensations and resonates with our nasal cavity
as well as skull/brain region.
AUM represents the Trinity of God in Hindu Dharma
(Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva).
The 3 portions of AUM relate to the 3 states of waking,
dream and deep sleep and the 3 gunas–Satva, Rajas and
AUM makes its way into our mind intercepting the
flow of thoughts, we are constantly submitted too.
In Islam, OM referred to Sama which is the hum that
helps you find a spiritual connection with Allah.
