1.For hearing loss:Take honey and cinnamon powder
in equal parts daily morning and night to restore hearing.
2.For fever:Cut potato into slices and rub on the forehead
for few minutes.
3.For acidity and gas:Take one glass of fresh buttermilk
with a pinch of salt and asafoetida powder 2-3 times

9. For easily digestible chapatis:Add little rice flour to wheat flour
while mixing chapati dough.

with honey and turmeric powder.
11.For throat irritation:Mix lemon juice, honey and a quarter spoon
of pepper powder in lukewarm water and consume it twice a day.

of methi seeds to hair before shampooing.

spoonful of roasted fenugreek(methi) seeds powder with
sugar for relief.

and casseroles fresh, wrap them with napkins made out of
old or unused cotton dupatta.
