1.Stress during pregnancy can harm the child’s IQ.

Kids of stressed mothers are also likely to be

hyperactive and have emotional problems.

2.Sleep disorder may cause liver disease.

3.Banana and potatoes are a good source of

potassium.

4.Bananas help fight  depression. A mood

enhancing food Banana contains tryptophan,

a type of protein, that  the body converts into

serotonin, a hormone that helps you relax and

improves mental well-being.

5. Garlic is an alternative to pesticide. Insects

dislike the smell of garlic. Garlic tablet treated

seeds give rise to healthy seedlings free from

diseases and soil pollution by pesticides can

be avoided.

6.Tattoos may be harmful for health. Adverse

effects are–migration of inks to different tissues

in the body, such as lungs.Surgery to remove

tattoos is very difficult since chemicals in ink

of tattoos are not known.Getting a permanent tattoo

may have severe consequences.They damage the skin

and can cause blood–borne diseases such as

Hepatitis B, hepatitis C, H I V, and tetanus. These

can be contacted by using contaminated tattoo

needles that haven’t been sanitized.

7.Do not lie down right after eating. Our bodies

are made to digest food in an upright position

and lying down, while your body is trying to

digest food, can lead to indigestion. Wait till

2-3 hours after a meal before going to bed.
